Works included a full refurbishment, increasing the size of the basement, adding a side and rear extension plus converting the loft into habitable accommodation. The site is within a Conservation Area. Particular care was taken with the design to ensure that Oxford City Council could support the proposal.
Guy worked alongside an interior designer and a lighting specialist on some aspects of the works. Specialist joinery was supplied and installed by Chordal Green.
Whilst the project was not without its complications the end result is a family home fit for the 21st century.
